has anybody incorporated a step bar onto their slider? ive been thinking about this as sliders, would be nice, and the step bar would be almost necessary for passengers after i finish lifting it. i was just wondering how it would look.

I tried it on my b2, didn't like the look... It defeats the purpose of a slider....

Something like that could be fine... But a step that hangs down is just gonna hang up on stuff..If I ever remake sliders they will stick out more than mine do now.. For more protection

Here is my simple sliders. I made them pretty far out. I still need more gusseting, but you get the idea. I also put some grip tape on the top cause they get freakin slick in the rain.

I saw a set of slider made of 2x2 square stock with trailer grate or stucco sheet, not sure really welded on top to prevent falling through. It was a pretty good idea.

Only real pics I had with both tubes... Sorry, they're big. The supports come through the rocker panel, and the outer tube is parallel/level with the inner tube, not sloped up from under the rocker like a traditional slider.

nah youre good. it was a pretty good link, but dont have the setup for my 2nd gen ranger. mine will have to be custom fabbed, or at least modified to work.
