Silicone is freaking awesome.

Well if you dont care if they work of course they will last forever lol.

You'd never think to do it, but using a clay bar on your windshield works wonderfully. It can make the damn thing so clear it's like you have no windshield installed at all.

Some people even like to wax their windshield after using the clay bar.

Steel wool works too.

Im that way with window solvent to. In fact i let my 97s be empty for 3 or 4 years now the friggin pump dont work.

So i just let the windsheild get covered in spray from others tires then run the wipers wide open. Usually works. If it dont i usually got an old ice tea or bottle of water floating around i can toss out the side window on the windsheild at the next stop light.

Judge me. I dont care :)

Blades dry rot here and come apart or the sand damages them here in Arizona I just get OK blades and replace them before the monsoon hits every year. The monsoon is about the only time of the year that they get used...

I get 1 or 2 rain events out of a set of blades. Usually buy the cheapest I can get the day after they don't work. Lol
We don't get much rain here but it's usually mixed with sand and dirt.

Rusty, you crack my shit up. I bet you'd be just fine with wipers that only worked when you pulled the coat hanger attached to them lol.... "it works for me, better than paying a god awful $20 for a new wiper motor, to hell with that" <----- that's rusty!

He's probably filthy rich and got that way by not wasting his money on frivolous crap like wiper blades, brake pads, EFI, tie rod ends, brand new tires, headlight bulbs, etc.

I live only about an hour from Rusty. I should do a snooping around. my Ranger doesn't have a 2.9, so he'd never notice me. :secret:

He only wastes his money on EFI that wraps itself around 2.9's.
