Tire Size
15"
Front are equipped with torsion bars
And rear are with leaf springs

front right height 33.5 inches
front left height 34 inches
rear left is at 35 3/4"
rear right 35"

Things I did:
I did replace the leaf springs from pick and pull (lesser) mileage.
New shocks
New balljoints
New tie rods and Inner
Made sure tires are properly inflated.

I'm not sure how to fix the rear it's still uneven especially putting a level on it.

first you need the check the frame to suspension dimensions, disconnect the sway bars first for optimum results.
on the rear measure between the frame & axle tube on each side, front is measured using the following method.
then you can adjust the T bars up front and shim the rear for your desired results.

I think you will find the rear is correct after you fix the front torsion bar adjustment to make the front level from side to side.
