2.3L ('83-'97) Runs rough on cold start

hello all 1992 ford ranger 2.3 8 spark plug 5 speed. the issue i’m having is on cold start engine will start up and immediately run at like 400 rpm bogs down, runs rich u can smell the fuel . not a problem when warmed up tho it will still not idle up and down on start like normal. replaced iac 2 twice before with similar issues. more new parts ect, tps, also cleaned the throttle body and mass air flow . It would make sense that the iac valve is stuck closed but the part has only been on for maybe 2000 miles

Maybe not firing all cylinders properly, not burning gas properly, you've tried a lot of related things already, like i said, just brainstorming......maybe Ron D will chime in, he has the best knowledge
