Rims fitting 99 ranger stock

Can a 99 ford ranger stock fit 235/75R15 with the rims being 15 x 8 with a backspacing of 3 3/4

i think thats whats on mine. they fit

i think thats oem on some models actually. was oem on mine. your originals were 225/70-15. I don't see it causing any problems on stock rims

tires Toyo Open Country A/T are 235/75R15
rims are Pro Comp Xtreme Alloy "Cast" Wheels Series 1079 15x8 Backspace 3 3/4

no, not with a 15x8 it wont effect the tires at all. they will only effect how the tire looks. if you tried to put those on like a 15x10 then yeah it might have some ill effects on the tire.
