Return Fuel System

Hello,
I recently (300 miles ago) rebuilt my 4.0 SOHC. In the process I am putting RPCaster kit on the beast. I put a set of ARP head bolts and a good set of head gaskets. I am planning on pushing 10 pounds of boost. I have 2 major questions:

1.) What is the process of converting to a return fuel system?
2.) 30 or 39 pound injectors?

There are a number of in line fpr's available, they come with instructions. Can't help with the injector question but I believe it will depend on a number of other factors, what engine management system your using and what fuel pressure are just two things that come to mind.
