Replacing the oil seal in front steering knuckle, were to buy new hubs?

My front passenger side hub fell apart the other day on my 98' 4x4 3.0 Ranger. I took everything apart today and looks like I am going to need to replace the hub barring assembly (looks like the barrings decided to bite the dust), the hub (was full of rust and I was able to twist it off with my hand) and the oil seal on the front steering assembly is ate up from the front axle flopping around and a little melted from when I heated the stuck bolts up.

Has anyone replaced this oil seal before? It appears that it sprung a leak a few years ago and rusted up my hubs. It appears as though I can just pop it off with a screw driver; but were can I find a new one? Do I have to remove the assembly in-order to replace it?

Lastly, does anyone know of any good places to buy hubs for my truck? I found a great deal on the barring assembly at autopartsdirecttoyou.com but it does not have the hub.
Thanks for any pointers.

The vacuum disconnects (hubs) are a dealer only item unfortunately. Look into the AVM hubs at tellico 4x4 for a reliable, manual locking replacement hub.
