Repaint- add metallic or pearl?

This project would be way off in the future, but I can still dream. I have a white 94 single cab that could use new paint. Would yall do just a classic white or add some sparkleys in it? I could equally see it coming out awesome or tacky.

I would probably just go with regular white if I had to do white.

Interesting. I’m opposite. I’m not a fan of plain white. I think pearl is the best for every color. Only problem is oem paint is always so light on the pearl-ness (especially for white) and Metallic. I just could see it looking out of place on a truck from an era when pearl and metallic weren’t really around. If I could pick anything it’d be a mocha brown type color. It’d just look goofy when opening the doors revealing the white jambs.

I also like the paints where the flake is a different color than the base color. That’s getting pretty gaudy for a ranger tho.

White with Blue pearl in the clearcoat always looked good to me. Red pearl looks pink, green pearl barely shows unless you go real heavy with the pearl. Interior color would determine which pearl I would go with, don't want a Red interior with a blue pearl or vise versa
