I broke the passenger glass on the trail this weekend, and was trying to figure out how to get the old one out and the new one in. Does anyone have any pointer in doing this job? I have some parts b2 with good glass in them, just was not sure how to pull the glass out of the door. Its a power window on an 89 b2. Any info thanks

Take the inner door panel off and roll up whats left of window about half way. There will be 2 rivets holding the bottom of the window on there will be 2 white plastic pucks on either side of the window.

Cut the rivets and replace with bolts/machine screw of the proper size.

You may need to pull the seal/wiper off inorder to get the new window into the guides.
