Hi there, i just changed the clutch, flywheel, master, slave and while i was that deep i decided to changed the rear main seal (156k on the engine). well, the drives shift and the clutch engagement is great, but man its leaking oil like a civ.. tearing it all back down this evening. any tips? i used a fel pro "gasket" (its more metal that rubber)

its the correct one for the engine, but i clearly messed up something. any tips or trick would be appreciated. thanks !

I am assuming your engine has a one piece rear main seal? If so, you need to buy the seal driver. The seal is very large and it's easy to get it uneven when it's driven in place and that will make it leak.

Also make sure the holes in the rear of the crankshaft that are tapped for the flywheel bolts are blind. If they go all the way through make sure to put sealer on the threads.
