rear drums locking up

the driver side drum keeps locking up on me. i turn the adjuster all the way in and its fine for a day or two, then it starts again. any ideas on why the adjuster keeps tightening? its on a 2001 ranger 10 inch drums.

just a thought. have you checked your e-brake cable. mine got locked up and was causing my drums to stick. so you could always check that out.
