rear bilstein 5100 part numbers for lifted 2wd 1999 ranger

I have a 99 ranger 2wd. I have a set of 2 in rear lift shackles and a 1 in block I am about to install. I am having problems finding a set of bilstein 5100s for a 2wd ranger with a 3 in rear lift. Can some one help me find these shocks? Thank you

Compression bump stop on chassis may need to be modified to prevent damage to the
shock absorber. This is standard procedure when placing longer shocks on the stock location.
