Its not a good idea to jack up under the pumpkin on an axle with pressed in tubes. It can tweak it a little a stress the bearings/fatigue the axle shafts.

That's a new one for me.

you dont have to flip the pin you can drill out the center hole in your stock blocks to 3/4 of and inch and they fit perfect

It was easy to do, plus i wanted to change them out for new ones...i like putting stuff back together with new hardware. Ranger main leaf and second leaf are getting added to teh packs tomorrow! im stoked to see what i get for height.

i didn't even swap the pin cause i couldn't budge it. thats where the dremel came in handy.... is that a bad thing?

i used a u joint press...the type like a c clamp. Tightened it down on teh head of the pin, and used an impact to get the nut off.

4 leaf explorer pack + ranger main + ranger second leaf.

I got an additional 1-2 inches of lift by adding the ranger leaves to teh explorer pack. I love the stance i have now, and the ride isnt bad at all.

now you said you replaced the bushings in your explore leafs, are they the same bushing the ranger leafs take? just wondering because can't find any explore poly bushing sets but alot of the ranger ones, will they work?

I just went to a spring shop, and matched up a set of generic bushings.

i like the stance on your ranger, what did you do up front? just the sj 6" coil or did you ad a spacer too? i got that kit coming for mine too.
