Ranger making weird clutch noises?

I have a 1996 ranger 3.0 v6 5 speed that is making a bad spinning/grinding noise when the clutch is pushed in. It usually only does it when it is in a gear and the clutch is in. It tends to make the noise from 1st to 2nd gear and in reverse then sometimes whenever it wants. At first i thought it was my throwout bearing but it seems to be a different type of noise. Possible bad clutch fork or something in the transfer case? Any info helps!
Thanks in advance

Here is a YouTube video of the noise. You'll hear the noise starting at :35.

Based on your description, I'd say you have a bad pilot bearing. The input shaft only spins in the pilot bearing when you have the clutch pushed in. When the clutch pedal is released, the shaft turns at the speed of the flywheel.
