You just bolt tthem to your ttb replacing the stock arms. Find out what the rig ride height us. Duplicate it with jack. Then set the arms up on the frame and drill/weld and bolt on the arms using there original bracket type. I think f250 are like jeeps. Idk about e 150.

Throw the old arm out.
