R12 Recovery Near Houston TX?

Good afternoon and happy Saturday ladies and gents!

As the post title states, I'm looking for a shop that recovers R12 in or around Houston. I've had ZERO luck with all the shops I've called and none seem to know any other shops that can even recover R12 anymore.

To be clear, I'm NOT trying to get a refill. I just want it recovered so I can update the system to R134.

The dealer in Lebanon, NH that I retired from in 2017 had a functioning R12 charging station but I assume the new regime has thrown it out like they did will all the priceless outdated tools and manuals. Before R12 became the devil, we would use a vacuum attacment and purge the freon into the air. The now-Timken bearing plant up the street used R12 from bulk tanks and sprayed it on bearings as a cleaner. Just sayin'
