Putting ujoints in phase?

1996 ford ranger splash, 4wd.
Raise front with taller coils.
Raised rear with 5 leaf new springs
New front brakes, rotors, pads, bearings
New rear drums, shoes, spring kits.
New ujoints
New 3 degree camber bushings.
Alignment in spec at Sears...
New steering tie rods, drag link, center link.
33 inch tires on crager steel black wheels, 8 inch width ( like many others use)

Moved front bumper forward to make clearance.
No rub in front or rear.

Every Ujoint and Carson joint was replaced.

When I am in 4wd and I turn the truck and start moving, it clunks.
I can drive and it won't clunk, just when I start moving.

I did not replace the inner passenger side Ujoint, but I did replace the outer one.

Question.
Is there some phased way to put these together?
I read something about Ujoint need to be in phase and it occurred to me that if I just put the outer drive shaft back in with no regard to its rotational position, the whole shaft may have the ability to flip up and hit the axle housing.

Bottom line is I turn, the whole front end clunks like I did something wrong.

Does anything bind and does it seem to be a rotation problem like the sound speeds up the faster you go,

Nope, I can run it fine with no issues.
I am wondering if this is that one Ujoint I did not replace....or a combination of that , plus I put the outer drive shaft in wrong....

I don't know if this would cause the clunking noise, but yes the u-joints need to be in phase. You'll get a vibration at higher speeds if they're not.
