Prerunner bumper help

i bought this bumper the other day on craigslist and have no idea what the hell its from, guy said he took it off a 94 ranger, but i highly doubt it. anybody have any idea what the hell its from? so i can get an idea of how to fabricate the mounts to fit my 97?
