Pre-Runner Tire Carrier Help

Im wanting to make one of the Pre-Runner Tire Carriers for the bed of the Ranger...

The problem that I have ran into is the Hinges/Pivot Points where the carrier can swing open and then being able to rotate the carrier 180 degrees to allow for carrying of dirtbikes and quads..

I would love some pictures of this hinges or some input from people that have made these on how they accomplished these carriers..

Great Thanks to Sasquatch_Ryda for the pics you sent me! My cousin is a fabracator for a welding company and is using your design for the Carrier, but he just needs some ideas for the hinges/pivot points..

I have seen used poly leaf spring bushings...they allow some flex and vibration suppresion....and just use a pin for tractor implements to allow you to open/close as well as flip around....

Here is mine. I made it out of 3/16 and 1.5 DOM. The pivot is made from a piece that goes on tractor implement to hook it to the three point hitch. The other side just has a regular pin to keep it closed. You could also use a trailer spindle for the pivot. Pics.

Let me know if you want some close up ones of the pivot or whatever else.
