I seem to remember on the 96 when all the windows stopped working it was a bad driver side front switch. I ordered one but I cant remember if there was any other reasons on why they would all stop working. I seem to remember another issue but that maybe door locks..... I cant remember. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Its not the fuse I still have door locks and power seats they share a fuse from what I can find.

Power windows do share fuse with power door locks

Power windows do have a Relay that is activated with key on, which is why door locks work with key off but windows do not
Check fuse 12 in cab fuse box, that activates power window relay with key on

Each door gets it's 12volt from that relay
But ONLY the drivers door switch has the GROUND for both doors

So drivers door switch can have a bad ground and that would disable BOTH door switches
Or Relay could be bad

Easy enough to test for 12v with key on at the switch
Master switch is grounded behind drivers side kick panel

In 1996 relay would be in Relay Box 1(aka Aux Relay box), its above gas pedal and has a cover over it facing e-brake
There are several relays in there
Try this for the layout: https://ww2-secure.justanswer.com/uploads/sasso1179/2010-07-12_195044_relays_one.gif

Power windows are very simple to understand if you look at the way they are wired
The window motor turns Clockwise with 12v on one wire and Ground on the other wire, if you REVERSE the 12v and ground the motor turns Counter Clockwise, window UP and window DOWN
Simple

What the switches do is to GROUND both wires to the motor when switch is in "neutral" position
When you press the switch that disconnects the ground on that 1 wire and connects the 12v, so motor now has 12v and a ground

The master switch has 2 wires to passenger door, both are GROUNDS for that passenger door switch
Passenger door has its own 12v wire, so it works the same, press button and the 1 wire is disconnected from master switch ground and connected to local 12v

Master switch can operate passenger door window because it has BOTH grounds, both motor wires for passenger side
So same thing, disconnect ground and connect 12v, passenger window motor turns
