I bought a 2012- 14 Mustang Power Distribution box and cannot find the pins terminals that the relays and fuses slide into. I’m wanting to start new instead of splicing/ soldering the old wires. Anyone know where I can find these?

Ford is funny about such things. Many pins are propitiatory and they don't let others make them.

I have never dealt with anything that new but I have ran into that before with connectors for my old junk.

Wires look like colorful spaghetti.

I searched and searched and have not found the right ones. I ordered some that were close and kinda worked. But I'm not happy with them.

And aftermarket fuse/relay boxes are expensive. 😟

I bought some female 6.3 mm spades, to see if I could make it work. I’ll report back I guess, seeing as we are all on the same quest.

It was on eBay, the box had had 7- 40amp 4 pin relays, and a slew of fuses, for $27 shipped to my house. 3 of the relays are fused and it has 2 micro relays. It’s fairly compact with a lid and should simplify my wiring. Worse case I try to use the pins in the box or just solder into the old wiring. Just was hoping for a cleaner setup.

Dorman and few others have the terminals. I’ll remove the terminals I have in the box tomorrow, hey some measurements and hopefully be able to find them.

I think I found the right pins. They should be here in a week and I’ll report back if they work.

If the pins you got are wrong they may be available from the dealer. Ford has recently released a lot of harness pins as service parts.

They have a new PDF on it. Limited but newer stuff is in there

I have a look-up in the on-line EVTM for most of them, but since the BJB is built as part of the harness it doesn't have a connector number so I can't find those ones that way.

Thing is....splicing to the existing is the standard over repinning with fresh terminal. Crazy
