Please HELP identifying this vacuum line...

...it comes out of the wire loom located to the PS of the intake manifold as pictured. There is suction when car is running. Anyone know where this is supposed to connect? I see nothing obvious and I've looked several times. Noticed it after replacing the heater control valve, and it's not the one that connects on top there as that's connected. 1995 Ranger for reference.

The source is off the lower loom in the picture...The small one heading to the left in the picture...

On my truck ('99), that vacuum line goes into a tee fitting the supplies vacuum to the HVAC system and the 4x4 vacuum hubs. It's located under the coolant/washer fluid tanks on my truck.
