Parts help needed: speedometer drive gear and driven gear

I have an 84 Ranger with the 2.2L diesel engine and a 4 speed manual transmission. I need to find a source for both the speedometer drive gear and driven gear. The drive gear is on the output shaft of the tranny. It is maroon or deep purple, has 6 teeth and 1 1/8" inside diameter hole. The driven gear is missing; it will be for 15" wheels; original truck had 14" wheels. Can anyone help me identify a source for these two parts? All help is appreciated.
