Hey guys, last major hurdle on my 289 swap '98 2wd here.

When I installed my fuel regulator (Holley 12-803) I plumbed the return through the line that goes to the EVAP canister, thinking it returned to the tank. Later, after leaking fuel all over the driveway, I found out it does not. Needless to say I need a line that returns fuel back to the tank. As far as I can see there aren't any holes in the tank that I can use for a return, so I'll have to make one. How did you guys solve this issue? Looks like I'll need to get my hand into the tank to install a bulkhead fitting for the return hose. Any suggestions?

Thanks again in advance for your help.

Check Filler hose, may be able to install a return line bunk there
Remember there are gas fumes, so becareful

EVAP Canister is "toast" now, just FYI, liquid gasoline ruins the charcoal
EVAP Canisters installed next to the gas tank were often ruined by people over filling the tank, having them in the engine bay prevented that, but I guess they were not selling enough replacement canisters at $500 a pop so they moved it to where it would get the most damage :)
lol, just kidding
