Non working odometer/trip od, fuel gauge stuck at 1/4 and left blinker short?

Got my truck running and found out a few little things. My odometer doesn't work. Trip doesn't either. (1995 2.3 5 speed btw). I put fuel in it for the first time since it was legal to drive and noticed my fuel gauge only goes up to 1/4 tank. And... my left blinker spazzes out most of the time haha. I'm guessing fuel sending unit for the fuel gauge, but wasn't sure since the odometer was messed up as well. It doesn't click over at all.

Any suggestions as to where to start? I don't care really about the odometer but I would like the fuel gauge and my blinker to work lol. Thanks yall!

Oh yeah, and my dome light doesn't come on when I open the driver door, but it does when you open the passenger door lol. It's the newer one three bulb out of a Ford explorer
