No brake lights, running or dash lights

None of my lights are working except the headlights, if i balance the headlight switch perfect it will all come on and work till i hit a bump. Its a 1994 ranger xlt single cab. The abs light also started blinking during all of this and i cant figure it out, i checked the fuses and all of them. I need the truck but cant drive without brake lights

did you check the obvious Bulbs, wiring grounds etc...

also if you have trailer wiring check that as well

check head light switch as well

The trailer wires were all messed up and i found a blown fuse, all works now
