New to Forum: Need info on engine swap

Hi All, thanks for allowing me to join this forum.

I have a 1993 Ford Ranger 2.0 4 cyl. I am looking to swap it for a 1987 mustang 5.0. complete with tranny and top and bottom harness. Is there anything i need to do especially to the top harness to make the connections easier or is the swap not feasible? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, there are many people here that have done similar swaps and wrote about them, feel free to use the search feature. Also there is an excellent section called the Tech Library that has a section on engine swaps.
