Yeah I'd imagine something like this would be programmed right into the ecm with no way of turning it off.

I'm curious to see what the incoming facial recognition crap is going to be like.. camera in all new vehicles that aims at the drivers face and won't start the vehicle if it thinks you're drunk/stoned/whatever

the silver lining to that cloud is the car will be able to increase the density of window tint for ugly drivers
