Hello everyone, Im just posting my intro
I am 18 and Im from Whitehorse, Yukon.
I came across this site, because I used to spend a lot of time fixing my Toyota Tercel from the TercelOnline.com website. And I recently purchased another Ranger and searched for a similar site and found this place. I enjoy doing as much work as I can by myself, mainly because of the price of repairs here.
So thats about it, Im going to go browse and see what I can find out

The 2.3 is a good motor...and there's plenty of people here who can give you advice on the Fuel Injection and other things if you need it...

Body looks a bit rough...the things to look for are the firewall...door posts...and cab corners...the rest can be replaced with new parts if you want to get the body in good shape...but as long as the above are ok it should last a while...

Yea its nothing too sweet for the eyes. The truck was originally the same color as the box/interior. But the previous owner decided to spray paint it....with 1 coat.I plan on a nice paint job/take out the rust and dents but I would like it to be mechanically sound before I start the body/interior work. I do have a 89 ranger to swap doors from because the current mirrors are a joke at 50km they swing inwards rendering them useless :|
