New guy with used Ranger

Just thought I'd drop a note and thank those who started this website. I have owned my 2003 Ranger for about 4 years now (bought it used). It still runs like new, and has been a very good truck. I am thinking about some minor mods to improve fuel mileage and highway performance. Suggestions are always welcome!

And the best way to improve fuel economy is drive like a grandma! And regular maintenance of course
