Welcome to TRS...you've come to the right place...unfortunately, the right person wasn't the first to respond...
You may get an answer here but this is generally for introductions...like telling us about your truck...posting pictures of it so we can gape at it in envy...
There is a forum below for tires where you will probably have better success in finding out what you need to know...I don't think the search features will help you too much, but if I'm not mistaken those look like rims off a Dodge truck...never seen them on a Ranger before...
Anyway, enjoy...and post some pics if/when you can!

Those look like a variation on RSH's wheels. Motos I think.
