Need Vin Number

[1993Ranger4x4]

I bought a 1996 Mazda B4000, it started off life as a 4.0L Automatic, 4x4.

It is now a 4.0L Manual 4x4. However the previous owner swapped in modules that are not reading correctly. I have access to the ford scan tool, and ford data to program the modules, but not mazdas. The modules and programs are the same, I just need the vin number so i can look it up using the ford workshop manual and install those programs into the modules in my Mazda.

The vin number must be from a 1995-1997 ranger, with a 4.0 OHV and 5 speed manual trans. Electronic 4x4.

The vin number will not show the trans or if it has electronic 4x4. Only the engine type.

Here is a generic Mazda VIN for a 95 mazda 4x4 with 4.0L engine. See if it works.

The only numbers that might show trans and 4x4 status are the last 5 digits of the vin but I have been told those are just production numbers.
