need sum help on a rebuild...!!!

i have a 2002 2wd 3.0v6 ford ranger edge.. couple weeks ago i got into a accident. went up and over a car ripping out my passenger side a-arm upper n lower,shock,tortion bars,rotar,spindal,and all that good stuff. ive been going to junk yards around here and cant seem to find any ford rangers..i was wondering if the explorers front end waas the same as my edge? sum1 plz help
