You could make your own body blocks, but there is a lot more to a BL then that. You'll have to relocate your radiator, bumpers, extend a few ground wires, your fuel filler tube, E-brake cable, and reinforce your bed to the frame. Also if you have the spare tire that cranks down through the hole in the bumper; then you will have to relocate that as well.

As far as blocks under the leaf springs……I wouldn’t do it. Go with shackles or add-a-leaf, and coil spacers or full size exploder springs in the front. That’ll give you about 2” or so.:icon_twisted:

if you have access to a fab facility then you could easily make your own lift. you could do a chevy leaf swap to gain some lift in the back or use belltech shackles. in the front you could use 2" leveling springs with a coil spacer or lower your coil spring buckets in conjunction with the leveling springs. you can expect 3-4 inches with these set ups, but you will need adjustable camber bushings or a good selection of set degree bushings at the alignment shop.
