Need some coil spring pics

I see, you have sets. A 91, STX Hirider, Bronco, Bronco, F-250? Is that what I'm seeing? May be easier if you had one of each side by side showing the height and width so they all fit in one shot.

Just curious, why do you have the F-250 spring?

The spring rate on that STX coil calculates to 407 ppi. The Bronco coil next to it is 318 ppi.

At 1100 lbs, that Bronco coil would compress to 3.46" to 14.29".

A Ford Ranger spring is compressed to 10.50. So, we could be looking at a lift gain of potentially 3.79".

When I was racing my ranger short course off road I was looking at trying different coils on the cheap. Never did tho.
And its -24C, I'm not digging them out again... Maybe once it warms up.
There is a shot of them lined up. I tried to get the one side even so the other side shows the height difference. In that shot the f450 is closest and the 91 furthest.

That 19.75" F-250 coil has a 477 ppi. My Ranger would compress it 2.66" for a compressed height of 17.09" and would lift the front about 5.59"

For comparison:

BDS 6-Inch Lift Ranger Coil Spring / 410 ppi / 20-Inch Free Length

1271 lbs / 400 ppi = 3.17-Inches

20-Inches – 3.17-Inches = 16.83-Inches

16.90-Inches – 10.50-Inches = 6.33-Inches

So, a BDS 6-Inch lift coil should lift the front of my Ranger 6.33 inches.

I should have left this in the coil spring thread.

Wait, I'm confused. The two springs shown are a dirty stock 88 Ranger spring and a shiny 93 Explorer spring? Where is the 4" lift spring? Which spring is 0.6565?
Yes. Sorry I missed a picture when I posted. It's fixed now. The 4" lift spring is the red one. It's sitting next to the Ranger spring.

The Explorer spring is 0.6565. The Ranger is 0.6165. The red springs are 0.7240 and 18.5 inches tall. So maybe not a 4" spring? All of these are used BTW.
