2.3L ('83-'97) NEED HELP VERY TIRED OF GETTING RIPPED OFF MONEY THEN SOMETHING NEW

Hi I hope I am in the right thread I apologize sincerely if I am not. I am not trying to make anyone angry or just o what I want to do. I have a 1993 Ranger with the 2.3 Liter Engine and manual transmission. Transmission went out on me about a year ago. First person told me he could rebuild the transmission and have it back in the truck within 2 weeks, his father-in-law ha to help me out of more money when he could not do it. I ended up buying a used transmission and had a mechanic install it. I went out of town and when I came back someone had cut and tore the outside relay and fuse box out of my truck. I wired all the wires coming from the wiring harness to the same color wires on the relays and fuses. Problem was the A/C relay was cut out and gone as well a the wires cut out of the fuel pump relay. I have 3 RED wires a bluish grey with orange, black with small white line, green with a thick white,green with small yellow

I could not go back and change where at the end I put green with a thick white it was supposed to be green with small yellow left over coming out of the wiring harness. coming out of the relay box I have not put the red wires on none of the relays I have 2 tan and black stripe wires, 2 small yellow wires that were on the fuse right side #3 and a red wire. If I could just find out the wiring colors that go into the fuel pump relay for instance bluish grey wire to pin 87, red wire to pin 30 etc really just the fuel pump relay would be a big help.

Man that's sad :/ I'm not sure what all you'll need to do. Why would they cut that stuff out?
Someone will likely try to help you sort it out, you'll probly want to get organized with what's there and what's not
Do you have a repair manual with the correct wiring diagrams in it? Usually you can find them in the Ford Ranger repair manuals at auto zone or parts places for the correct year

somebody cut some wiring out of my crane carrier cab a bit back on rig 14 when it was under reassembly in front of a shop.....so it happens....they cut catalytic converters off....so...people do weird shit when they are in a bind

For every year, and for every model, Ford publishes a Shop Manual Set, and sends the sets out to all the Ford dealer shops so they can troubleshoot any problems with the NEW models, of that year

One of the books in the Set was called the EVTM(electrical and vacuum troubleshooting manual)
In 1999 and up it was called "Wiring Diagrams", vacuum was in another book in the set

Must be 1993 and must be Ford published and for Rangers
It will have all the wiring for all options and engine models

Good thing about these books is that they are usually FREE to use because once you no longer need it you can sell it usually for what you paid

Here is the ECM relay wiring and the fuel pump relay wiring. The "WOT" relay in the diagram is your A/C cutout relay. It only shows the red power wire to that one.

what franklin posted looks like my junk. though i have two pdb overlaid....one 2.9 from 90 and 1 93from explorer. relays the same.
