Need Help...airbag light stays on

Hello eveyone..need some info on my 2003 Ranger FX4 LEVEL II. I have owned this truck now for about 5 weeks..I took it out for the first time wheelin' to see what it could do.It worked great!! very happy!! Anyway on the way home on the pavement the airbag light started flashing a code and as of yesterday.The light says on all the time now.Before I take it to the FORD Dealer..does anybody here know what is going wrong or what I can check or do??

I also wanted to say that the code it was flashing was 47...if anyone knows what that means.THANKS

any hard bumps, i think it can ruin the sensors
