need belhousing pics for manual transmissions

I would like pictures of the 3.0 5 speed and the 4.0 5 speed belhousing. Also how much power can they handle stock and what upgrades are avaliable for them. If you have a transmission in your gargae and are willing to tak a pic of the belhousing please place a ruller against the belhousing so I have a size to reference from.

my origional plan is to modify a TH350 chevy transmisssion but if either of your transmissions will work on my RWD SHO project then it would save me a bunch of time. I was looking for a auto origionaly but I am not a fan of ford auto's after owning my SHO and killing 4 transmissions.
