You need a class B (over 2300lbs? The Limit with a C think?) to drive those (they weigh over 5 tons, hense their nickname "5-ton") I think, and those are terrible on gas, there is 4 or 5 for sale around here, they use em as plows. We even got old retired military trucks, blazers, and more. Even some willies. And our armory guys like taking the humvee for joyrides haha.
'5 ton' is usually a reference to their off road payload capacity. They weigh immensely more than that. As another example, the '7 ton' aka MTVR weighs anywhere from 23,000 (short bed cargo) to almost 50,000 pounds (wrecker).
