You actually don't want a Ford DPFE sensor, 3rd party DPFE sensors are better in this case, and cheaper.
Any auto parts store will have one, very common part to wear out on all vehicles that used them.
They read exhaust pressure, and exhaust has water vapor in it, so DPFE sensors get water damaged over the years of use.
And it is why exhaust systems rust from the inside out
No, DPFE sensor failure will cause CEL(check engine light) to come on but shouldn't cause a running issue.
When you are at the auto parts store have them Read the Codes from your computer(PCM), they do it for free
Have a pen and paper ready and WRITE DOWN each code number exactly, EXACTLY!
The codes the computer uses to ID a problem are important, and the codes it DOES NOT use are just as important.
So "I think the code was Pxxxx" is more useless than no code at all.
