Morana Twin t/b intake manifold

I've seen it, but don't know of anyone that has used it. I think you'd be better off with the carb conversion intake they offer.

To be honest, I don't think that intake would benefit you one bit on a Ranger. It might have some merit on an engine being built for serious V6 strip performance, but if I were aiming for that I wouldn't be using a V6.

I know right... $850 for a 4.0L V6 intake, or $1000 for a V8 Explorer donor. Real tough decision there.

I really do not like the plastic intake, any other places that makes a aluminum intake?

Use an older 4.0 intake they are aluminium... But that might be more trouble then its worth

With the older intake you will need to also step back to the older EGR plumbing and driver exhaust manifold, as well as build a bracket for the main engine harness plug....The plastic style is a better intake, smoother, and less heat transfer.
