Hello everyone ,
The modulator valve on my 92 ranger is making a loud whinning noise and won't shift out of second gear it's a automatic . when you manually shift it it will shift from 1st to second but when you shift into drive it kicks out of gear. I just replaced the modulator because it was pumping tranny fluid into the vacuum system.
