I heard that Lockhead made the sattelite, and they are actually going to pay back some of the cost to the government.

It was reported to have had an electrical failure just prior to achieving orbit. It only made 17,000 mph which is too slow to stay up. It only made a low deteriorating orbit without enough speed or altitude to stay up long. I wouldn't be surprized if it was ruse to demonstrate to the chinese, russian and islamic lunatics that they would be wasting their time shooting anything at us. So back to them shipping one in a cargo container.
