My credo
well... this probably won't explode.
Finally got some money together to get some mud terrains for my truck. Really want a set of those nice BF Goodrich 33s but I'm not sure if they make a size that'll fit my wheels (link below). I heard that diameter doesn't have to be exact, I just don't know how far it can be pushed.

What's the max diameter wheel I could fit?
Am I just better off buying new wheels?

Thanks guys

If you are talkin about 33x10.50r15 yes the 7 in wide rim will work fine but if you talkin about 33x12.50r15 a 8 in wide rim is the smallest I'd go

What he said. Bfg has 33x10.50 km2's that will fit perfect on stock 7" wide wheels.

Bigger than that (wider) your want to bump up to 8" wide. For better tire wear

Awesome! I was planning on getting the 10.5s so thats good to know. Thanks guys

my buddy runs 35x12.5 on a 7 inch wide rim, he hasnt had any problems, nor has he ever lost a bead.

Tire Rack has spec charts for all the tires they sell.
Diameter, section width, tread width, "allowable" wheel sizes, weights, load capacity, rotations per mile. lots of good info there.
