Mass Airflow Sensor Fault, Low Voltage code.

Hi All

94 Ranger, 4.0L Pushrod, 5speed, 4x4.

Used my obd1 to pull this code from memory.
Should I swap in a new MAF sensor or might it be something else causing this fault?

If it's something else what would I look for and how would I diagnose?
