I have a 1992 ranger 3.0 Auto which I am currently performing a top-end rebuild on and snapped one of my lower intake manifold bolts. I need to find a replacement set and have had zero luck finding anything online. I special ordered a set at my local parts store but they were WAY to short. if anyone could give me a lead on where to find a replacement set, or even just the specs for the right bolts, I would be greatly indebted!

junk....yard.

I know your pain. When I was rebuilding the top of my block I didn't have any of the lower intake bolts either. They are as I recall metric M8x1.25x40 bolts or something close to that. My solution was to order a set of metric bolts that fit those specs from a metric bolt supply house. I ordered my from www.belmetric.com. The ones I ordered are slightly shorter than oem as ford used a weird length but they work fine. Make sure if you still have one of the original bolts that you measure the length in mm from the flange of the bolt down the shaft to get the length of the bolt then order the closest thing you can get to that.
