yeah I think so

Im a bit biased but 73-79 are the best F series generation. 77-79 the standouts.

I dont know alot about pre 73. 80-86 trucks aint bad either...but once you get your ass in the seat of a 73-79 youll be hooked.

My *personal* opinion is to look for the 400 V8, but really any of the available engine/tranny combos in those are bulletproof.

I'm actually lokking a 1971 Ford Sport Custom 1/2 ton
A friend told me that the 1/2 ton have shorter springs. It could be the good match

I have no idea if theres a difference in ride height in other countries. But go check it out and if you get it post pics!
