Looking for a good 4" or so lift... cheapest and best please? :P

And as for the lift you mentioned, yes i saw that. It probably works good, but im more for getting an actual system, and im wanting a bit more than 2.5" lift. Plus i probably wouldnt be able to do all that myself lol

I'm hoping to have someone pm me about a lift for sale (posted add in WTB), but odds are nothing will come up. So i am going to see what i can do for money and probably buy it in 2 weeks with the addition of my next check

of course he'll see a difference, i just don't think there's a massive need to regear... 31's aren't that big... 3.73's should be more than enough...

Ok. So as for the lift, the tuff country one is my best bet if no1 else has a lift to sell? Are there any decent places online here to find a forum like our classifieds to look for parts to buy? (Sorry if this goes against any advertising different site or any of that, if this is a problem just disregard that question i guess). I only know places like ebay lol and theres nothing but crap and more crap there with a pretty bow on it to make it look nice :P

Cheapest, and decent? Tuff Country kit.

Best? Worth the money, and very functional? Skyjacker class II kit.

Cheapest and best don't go in the same sentence.

BUT, Tuff Country makes a pretty good kit for the price, just be sure to buy a drop pitman arm and shocks.

I had one on my truck for a year or so and it was fine, durability wasn't really an issue and it rode ok.

If you want the best though, a Skyjacker kit is very hard to beat....James Duff comes close. In the long run its cheaper to buy a full blow kit from SJ or JD versus a Tuff Country kit then upgrade parts later....ask me how I know (I did exatly that). Over all I've spend close to $2500, but had I just bought a SJ in the first place it would be closer to $1700.

I was just looking at skyjacker's lifts, and what about their cheaper 6" lift? On here it says it is 700 and some for it, is it still a decent lift? Way better than tuff countries still? Or is it just missing a bunch of parts and therfore not full price? lmao P/N SKY136RHK

i just saw your post on the last page where you say you have 215's on it right now, with those tires i'm thinking your rims are going to be too narrow for 10.5's measure them to be sure though, just stick a tape measure through a hole in it, and measure the full width of the rim and post it up here... probably 5-6"

also, open your drivers door, on there you will have a sticker outlining a bunch of specs about your truck... let us know your axle code, there's a cross reference in the TL that will tell you your gear ratio, which will answer the regear question...
