lookin at a ranger what do u think

hey guys im pretty familiar with the 93 and up rangers but not real sure about the older ones. i found a 90 4x4 with 100k 2.9 manual and its super clean, im thinking bout getting it for my daily driver/ weekend wheeler, i read some on here about the 2.9 and it seems like its a decent motor. is there anything i should look out for or known problems with these trucks i should check out before purchasing it? its all stock now with a new clutch, and ill probibly run 33's on it after i lift it. thanks.
