Hi all,
I've been a member for a while but I just discovered the Introduce yourself thread. I have a 98 Ranger I bought new. It now has 281,000 on the clock and am looking for 300,000 before I swap the motor. Which brings me to the new info. I am looking to drop in another 4.0 OHV, But I will be getting a short block with a 4.3 stroker kit in it, running around 10.2 compression. Getting it from Tom Morana racing. 24lb injectors, a little extra cam, and some ported and polished heads with a triple angle grind on the valves, etc., etc. Also putting in a reworked 5R55 auto from Level 10 motorsports. Trying to get 300 hp from a naturally aspirated motor. Plus, it all will just drop right in. I will update as The project gets going. Has Anybody don business with these folks? Just wondering....
